Outstanding documents must be submitted to the Academic Structure and Student Enrolment Services. Failure to do so will result in the removal of your name from the list of graduates, and you will not be able to graduate. It is crucial to ensure that all your documentation is in order.

Reasons You Might Not Be on the List

If your name does not appear on the list despite submitting your documentation, check the following subject results:

• English Proficiency PRE1A – Semester 1 and English Proficiency PRE2B – Semester 2; or English Proficiency PRE10 (year subject alternative to the semester subjects)

It is compulsory to have both semester subjects or the year subject. Check your subject result at the faculty/department or the Assessment and Graduation Unit.
