The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Pamela Dube, has been honored with the 2023 Presidency Lifetime Award by the South African Association of Senior Student Affairs Professionals (SAASSAP) for her remarkable contributions to higher education and student development.

Her pivotal roles as the Dean of Students at the University of Witwatersrand and as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Student Development and Support at the University of the Western Cape have significantly impacted student affairs and services.
