The Central University of Technology, Free State’s beer brewing team, CUTbrU, achieved a remarkable feat by winning the best African Wild Ale category at this year Brewing and Tasting Intervarsity. The event, co-hosted by SAB and CUT, in collaboration with the Centre for Applied Food Security and Biotechnology (CAFSaB) and UFS, was held at the Bloemfontein Campus.
